Black barn feather edge is a superior quality cladding, traditionally used in the suffolk area but increasingly seen across the country for high end housing developments and outbuildings.
22x175mm black featheredge for cladding and fencing uses.
Made from slow grown Nordic Spruce.
The Black featheredge is treated and painted in a factory environment.
Available in 4.5m – 4.8m – 5.1m lengths

• Compliant with new European fire safety regulations, certified with SBI testing according to the
EN 13501-1 standard.
• Enables to use wooden wall panels and claddings also on public buildings and multi-storey
apartment buildings with higher fire safety requirements.
• The Fire Retardant cladding forms a heat resistant microporous carbon foam layer in direct
contact with fire, that isolates the wood from the heat.
• Durability in end use fire safety compliant with CEN/TS 15912 – DRF class INT1 and INT2

• For opaque white colour interior cladding we use TEKNOS water based fire-retardant paint
